Directions: Take 1 teaspoon daily. Take 1 Tablespoon daily if symptoms of cold/flu occur. Return to 1 teaspoon daily once symptoms have subsided.

Ingredients: Water, Elderberries, Ginger, Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, and Maple syrup or Honey
